Here's the One Sheet that helped sell the show. I've never claimed to be a BG artist so don't inspect it too closely here - we'll have the pros do the BG's when production starts...and we have some stellar artists lined up.

Yippie, Violence...

Now the fun begins. We've started to put a short promo piece together for ummm promotional reasons. A quick script, boards and some limited animation.

Should be fun.

Me No Speakle Englais...

I love working with Tom and Jen. They are very passionate and enthusiastic about their properties almost to the point of giddiness. Jen puts together these great photo collages - like something you might find in a high school locker. Her fave celebs, clipped from magazines then pasted to lined paper with a glue stick. They just seem young and "fresh" - perfect to be writing this type of show.

This is Duncan, my take on a Good Charlotte type of guy.

We got together to brain storm a new name for the show today. Apparently Europeans don't go camping...who knew.

What's the universal equivalent to camping anywho???

Just Doodling...

As I read a script I'm "drawn" to certain characters and can't help doodling them in the columns between the pages. I find it's the best way to get your immediate impression of the personality down on paper. Sure it takes me out of the story (sometimes much longer than I may have anticipated) but the exercise is well worth it.

Lashawna started out as a Beyonce-ish type and some how became Queen Latifah.

A Cast of Castaways...

Camp TV has the largest cast of main characters I've ever had to design. Two teams of twelve and a host - all with full rotations and mouthcharts.

This show will be a real character extravaganza. We'll be seaching for a character person to help us out.

Hey Now...

"Yin! Yang! Yo!" is an upcoming series for Jetix on the Disney Channel. It's the very funny and madcap adventure of two cute and fuzzy bunnies who work together saving the world from evil doom. Gore and Lombard have written an episode which we can't disclose the title of, because we can't afford lawyers. You'll just have to wait 'till it airs. Shhh...

Lindsay & Tyler...

I had worked on first season 6Teen when it was just here in Canada. The show is a huge hit here and I believe will be running on Nick soon if it isn't already. Tom McGillis and Jennifer Pertsch's scripts for the show were really great and I'm sure Camp TV will not disappoint.

Here's a rough I did for Lindsay. Originally I was going for a Reese Witherspoon sort of look but since I've lowered the features on the face to make her jaw less severe.

I had just finished directing a promo for Habbo when the creators of 6teen approached me to design their new show. They liked the designs I had done for the promo and wanted me to use it as a jumping off point.

Well I got the thumbs up to post some prelim designs from the new show I'll be directing later this year...so I'm gunna. There's a ruff one now in the above rectangle.
