Witchiepoo has so far been the most difficult to design in the series. She's tons of fun to draw but I think this pic is more silly looking than it is good. I'm not 100% happy with her and most likely will redesign her a bit.

Here she is with a black line. Made some changes and it seems to help a tad. Witchiepoo had this strange eye make-up in the series that i don't want to lose - but creates color issues.

I'll throw some color on it after Christmas.

I had to post this - Puff looks like he's gunna chew his freakin hands off - it's hilarious to me for some reason. Anyway, wanted to share.

This little Puf is about an inch high, drawn on the side of a script I was reading. I'm driven to simplify for some reason.
I'll clean him up and color him when I get a free sec.

When I think back to my childhood I'd have to say Witchiepoo was easily the creepiest character I can remember.

I can make subtle changes forever. The trick is knowing when I should stop tweaking my design. Sometimes when I feel it's close I'll number them and get the opinion of someone I respect.

Wayside...

Here's some posing I did for a show called Wayside, produced for Nickelodeon. This particular incarnation comes to us from the creative minds of Riccardo Durante and Mark Ackland - two of todays greatest new-school directors with old-school charm.

This was an after work gig for me and I wish I could have done more. It seemed just as I was getting the hang of it I ran out of time. These poses are a bit off model - sorry Mark.
